My WRX had an unexpected issue with the radiator so I brought it in for service to this dealer as always. I arrived on Tuesday at 7:30ish in the morning and Eric Harrelson was already working away. I didn't have an appointment since it was unexpected but Eric made sure my car was looked at that day. As with past experiences, Eric was extremely helpful, friendly and accomodating. He contacted me the same day and let me know what the problem was, the next steps to get it resolved as well as an estimate for the repairs. It was a multiple day deal and he stayed in touch with any updates. When I arrived on Thursday to pick up my car, he was there and recognized me immediately and took care of me. I definitely enjoy working with him when I bring my car in for service. I had a question Friday morning and he answered my call at 7:30 and answered it for me. I own a 2008 Subaru WRX and developed the clutch/brake bracket weld cracks that are well-documented in the enthusiast community. Many in the community are pessimistic with regards to the "dealer experienc bracket weld cracks that are well-documented in the enthusiast community. Many in the community are pessimistic with regards to the "dealer experience" in getting this issue resolved as Subaru of America has not yet issued a public statement or recall. However, Annie Thompson at Dean Team was prompt in addressing my concerns and had the cracked joints rewelded in cooperation with Subaru of America. It is worth noting that I am out of warranty. A crack redeveloped shortly after the initial repair due to a weld that was missed. Annie had the entire bracket seam rewelded at no cost to me. More

The service I receive at the Dean Team service dept with Eric is A+. When I walk in I always go to the desk to the left where I know he will be. He smiles and calls his customers by name. I am a widowed mother who just moved from a small town to the St. Louis area two years ago. I bought this Jetta right after the move in 2011 from the Dean team. Each time I have went in for service I know I can ask him any stupid vehicle or awkward pricing question, he answers with confidence, sincerety and with a smile. Also, the communication I receive from Eric with the service issue is timely, efficient and top of the line. I don't have to wonder what's going on with my vehicle. We brought our 2007 VW Jetta in for it's 100,000 maintenance. We also asked them to check the AC and give it the state emissions and safety inspection. They were ready for us when we dropped it of maintenance. We also asked them to check the AC and give it the state emissions and safety inspection. They were ready for us when we dropped it off early in the morning, called promptly after locating the AC problem and were willing to work with the Car Warranty company that we had an extended contract with. The car was ready by the end of the day. Jeff was willing to accept and apply a VW coupon which we had received in the mail and that saved us $93.00. Our only minor disappointment was that the printer in the shop was not working that day for us to get the emissions inspection report, so we will need to bring the car back another day to complete the inspection. That is a minor inconvenience when you are treated so well in every other way. More
