Scratched up my NEW car Went to get my car serviced at the dealership and get a recall fix. This service center offers free car washes to people who purchased their car from this dealership. Went to have my car cleaned and the front drivers side now has huge scratches. I called them and was told that there was a sign that sign they were not responsible for any damage they do to your vehicle. I don't remember seeing any sign. Also the sticker for my next oil change says 18k miles instead of 12k like the manufacturer suggests. I guess when you buy the extended warranty they want do as little as possible for you. And finally, I'm still having an issue with my car where my car can never pair with my phone to play music. No one seems to be able to help me with it. I will never buy a Subaru again. More
better service at jiffy lube Made an appointment, took the car in (they talked me into a maintenance plan when i purchased the vehicle) after 45 min past the appointed time they f Made an appointment, took the car in (they talked me into a maintenance plan when i purchased the vehicle) after 45 min past the appointed time they finally pulled the car in. 45 min later (i was told an oil change would take no more than 30 min) they finished and i left with my car... got home popped the hood and noticed washer fluid was still empty... checked the dipstick approx 1/2 qt low on oil... even jiffy lube fills your washer bottle and checks the oil level when they do an oil change... not looking forward to having to make a 45min drive for 1/2 qt of oil will most likely just top it off myself. Also be aware that even if paying cash in full at time of purchase you will have to await title in the mail... by the time mine arrived (2 1/2 weeks later) the inspection was expired and though they stated in the letter they would re-do it for free i didnt have time to make it back before it would be too late to register my car without penalties so i paid the local service station to do it... also low tire pressure light came on on drive home the day i bought it.. had to pay for tire repair happy with the car just not the 'dean team' More

Avoid this shady dealership's service center at all costs! I brought my 2013 Jetta in because the key would get stuck in the ignition while its running and for routine maintenance. After it was ran through the car wash I discovered that both headlights would fog up. They agreed to replace both headlights but when I got the car back they scratched up the leather steering wheel. They agreed to replace the steering wheel and when I got it back I noticed a very deep scratch in the driver door and that both headlights are fogging up again. I'm suspecting they are intentionally damaging my car because they think these issues are too minor. I brought this to Eric Harrelson's attention and he said it is always something with me and he is not going to fix it because VW will charge them for the parts if they don't find a defect. He said I have to take it up with the service director Tom Gould. I have contacted VW which contacted Tom and they said they are not going to help me. I'm selling the VW and never buying a VW product again. I suggest nobody buy a cheap unreliable VW and if you do, definitely do not buy it from this dealership. More

I did not purchase my Subaru Impreza from this dealership, but he was still very helpful and eager to show me how t Tony Wright was extremely helpful! I did not purchase my Subaru Impreza from this dealership, but he was still very helpful and eager to show me how to connect my cell phone to the car, add phone numbers, etc. He also asked if I knew how to use other features of the car. The Sales Consultant who sold the car to me in a different state told me to read the booklet or go online to learn about the car. Tony clearly and politely explained several features I did not know about, he told me about process of servicing the car, how to get the best mileage, and said he would always be available to assist me and gave me his card. I wasn't impressed by Subaru sales people or the features of my car until Tony gave me very helpful information. I appreciate his customer service skills and I recommend asking for him if you are interested in a Subaru! Thank you, Tony! More
