About a year ago we bought a very expensive used truck from Dean Team. We thought they were a big dealer and would not sell a bad vehicle, but we were very wrong. Right off the bat it didn't pass inspec More

Hello, My Dealership is a new participant in the DealerRater.com Certified Dealer Program. We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your DealerRater.com review, you did not share that experience. That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at our dealership. I would be happy to learn more about your experience and attempt to rectify the situation. Sincerely, Tom Fascetti General Sales Manager

Hi, Its a little late to start acting like you care now. For one, the truck has already been sold. We did not feel that Dean Team really cared what happened after the deal went through. The truck we bought had problems anyone in the car business would have easily noticed. Soon after buying the truck we had it in inspected, and it failed because one of the tires had a chunk missing out of it. After a lot of arguing you guys did replace the tire, but it should never have been up for sale in the first place. The alignment was horrible. Someone switched tires with the spare because it looked nicer, but they did not switch the TPMS valve. There was no jack in the truck, and the salesman wanted to take one from another brand of SUV, instead of get the one meant for the truck. There were several other issues, but after realizing all the problems with the truck and how we were treated after the sale we felt we could no longer trust the dealership. These problems should have been discovered and corrected before the vehicle was even put up for sale. We felt like Dean Team was trying to purposefully deceive us. We would never trust Dean Team to buy or fix a car again. Sam
