He worked towards final delivery and helped make sure that additional accessories and options I had ordered were delivered on time and installed with top quality. He went through the car and explained me all the options not only the first day I walked in, but while we were test driving, and on the last day when I picked my brand new car. I am very satisfied with Ben French's service and appreciate his honesty and eagerness to get the car I wanted. I would recommend Ben to any of my friends who are looking for a new car, and would definately forward them to him. Big Thanks to Ben for getting me my first car :) and good luck to him !! More

Car buying is hardly a favorite activity of mine. In fact, it's something I largely dread. Darryl Varnum made the process as pleasant as such a thing can be for me. In dealing with Darryl, I never felt like I was being subjected to a "hard sell" or talked into something I didn't want. He was patient while we narrowed down the used car options we were interested in, and during the price negotiation process. The running back and forth to the manager during the offer / counter-offer process was minimized so I didn't feel caught up in the "game" that's so typical of my previous experiences and from car-buying stories I've heard from others. Darryl made the deal happen for us and for the Dean Team that day. He was attentive and helpful, without being in your face or obnoxious, as so many car salesman seem to be. He even helped me figure out how to work the hot chocolate machine when I was being a doofus and couldn't figure it out, despite Darryl and the dealership being quite busy the day we were there. This was my first visit to a Hyundai dealer and my first Hyundai purchase (2010 Elantra). Darryl did a great job of pointing out all of the positives about Hyundai cars in general, and the Elantra model in particular, which only reinforced what I learned in my research online and the things I've heard over the years from satisfied Hyundai owners. I'm looking forward to many years of driving my Elantra, and if it lives up to its billing, I plan to return to Dean Team Hyundai for my next Hyundai purchase! Thank you, Darryl. Before starting this review, I would like to thank my cousin Rich Pisani and my niece Barbie Linton for their referral to the 'Dean Team Hyundai'. I was very reluctant about letting go of my 2002 Hyun cousin Rich Pisani and my niece Barbie Linton for their referral to the 'Dean Team Hyundai'. I was very reluctant about letting go of my 2002 Hyundai Santa Fe, because of the attachment I seem to form with my cars. My husband has been on me for 3 years about trading it in for a new car. After hearing the great experience my niece had with the 'Dean Team',convinced me(after 10 wonderful years with my 2002 Santa Fe), to look and see what they had to offer. My cousin Rich informed them when we would be coming in,and the night before our visit, we received an unexpected call from a nice gentleman named Eric Browning, letting us know that they would make our visit as pleasant as possible and were looking forward to meeting us. When we arrived, we were met by a Sales Rep.named John Slaughter. He went out of his way to make our visit as comfortable as possible. For hours, he did all he could to answer all the many questions we had, never making us feel rushed. He also showed patience,which we really appreciated A Mr. Tom Fascetta approached us and personally introduced himself and welcomed us,which was quite impressive since he was the General Manager of the'Dean Team'. He would come around periodically to check on us to see if everything was going to our satisfaction. He, along with John Slaughter made sure we were getting the best possible deals for the car we were trading in and also for the beautiful 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe we were purchasing. We also want to mention a Mr. Jeff Sanders, who help get us the best possible interest rate available. All in all, The whole 'Dean Team'are terrific group of people. They all were(in my estimation)extraordinary, which made the experience of buying a new car and reluctantly letting go of our 2002 Hyundai Santa Fe (Which again, was my baby)a pleasant experience,which a Mr. Eric Browning promised. The deal wasn't as good, but the Service and Parts have always been as good or better than we had with the Lexus RX300 and Lexus GS300 that we traded in on those Hyundais. More

The sales team did not "attack" us right out of the gate, but welcomed and allowed us time to shop as we knew what we wanted to look at without being bothered right away. In no way did we feel rushed. Johnny was knowledgeable and eager to answer any questions that were brought about and welcomed us to a test drive once we were ready. Since we did not have my 2003 Hyundai Sonata with us, my cousin, Rich Pisani, brought the car in the next day to discuss trading and help me negotiate since I was ultimately the one purchasing the car. Tom Fascetti introduced himself and together, Johnny and Tom made us feel like we were getting the best deal for my trade-in and for the price of the 2012 Sonata as we did a bit of research ahead of time so that we would have a ‘ball-park’ idea on what kind of price to expect. Once I came back to sign the paper work, Johnny had my new car spotless and was helpful in setting up the blue-link system which I was unfamiliar with. We felt Jeff Sanders was helpful and knowledgeable with the extended warranties and helped in making further decisions as needed. Johnny has even been in contact with me asking how I was getting used to all the bells and whistles that came with the new car. He encouraged me to call with questions should I have any regarding the car and blue link system. Everyone we encountered had a friendly smile and “hello” even if they were not working with us directly. I would highly recommend Dean Team Hyundai to friends and family as they made purchasing a new car hassle free and painless. My wife and I wento to Dean's in our effort to visit all of the area dealers. We knew that we wanted a Hyundai, bur we did not feel ready to buy. As we spoke with Jeff Pingar, we became more and more co of the area dealers. We knew that we wanted a Hyundai, bur we did not feel ready to buy. As we spoke with Jeff Pingar, we became more and more comfortable that there was no need to look further. We upgraded to a leather interior and Tom, the sales manager, showed us a design that was very pleasing to us. Although he does this sort of thing every day, he seemed as excited as we with the color scheme selected. Upon pick-up, we had a minor problem with the after market moon roof. Jeff, Tom and others were on the lot tryng to help. Eventually, the installer was called, and came to the dealership within minutes. He called his technician, took the car to the shop and made the repair "on the spot." The collaboration between Dean and this provider was commendable and unusual. A couple of minor problems arose during the first two weeks of driving, and I found the service department to be just as pleasant and efficient. I highly recommend Dean's Hyundai. More
I was looking for a new car and went to the car show to narrow down my choices. I spoke with Scott Varnum of the Dean Team. Scott sent me a follow up email the next day. I scheduled a time to test drive the Elantra Touring and was very pleased with the team work at Dean. Scott introduced me to Tim Rahme who took me on the test drive. Tim is easy to talk with and he explained the car and options. After I left, I test drove my other option and decided the Elantra was what I wanted. While both cars met my criteria, the deciding factor for me was the experience at Dean. I was comfortable with dealing with Tim and the sales team. The only little pressure was with financial to purchase the protection plan. But all in all, I would go back to Dean for a future purchase and recommend them to anyone looking for a car. More
