I first contacted Dean Team Hyundai over the phone and was paired with Chris Elliott for an appointment. All of the sales associates were friendly and attentive. I was offered beverages and snacks during my visit. I was treated patiently while choosing vehicles and finance options. My test drives were on a great route to fully experience the capabilities of each car. Chris was well-trained and knowledgeable of the vehicles' performance and features. He helped match me with the best car for my personility, style and price range. I'm a proud owner of a new 2013 veloster turbo (fully loaded)! I absolutely loved my experience at Dean Team Hyundai. It was the most satisfying car purchase experience ever! I already have friends telling their friends and it hasn't been 24 hours yet! More
I went to Dean Team on a referral from a friend who had already negotiated an amazing price for me on a brand new Sonata. I went in to pick up the car and everyone was very friendly, happy, amazing. Sadly, the service ended the second I drove off the lot with my new car. About 3 days later, I noticed a charge of $600 to my Visa for the Blue Link service that was supposed to be free for 6 months - they told me if I renewed with a credit card I would get 12 months free instead of 6, so I gave them my card. But WHY would they charge me immediately?? I called and the sales person told me to call Blue Link, that he couldn't fix that. Spoke with a manager who did get my money refunded right away. A few days later, the radio/audio stopped working, just would not turn on at all. I again called the dealer and spoke with Mike, my sales rep, who told me that he couldn't help me, I should take it in to be serviced. NOT convenient, the dealer is 45 minutes from my home! I did stop at Mungenast Hyundai which is very close to my home and they fixed the issue immediately. Last, the final straw, I noticed a ding in my paint about 3 weeks after purchase. I paid extra for all sorts of warranties, one was a special Xilon (sp?) coating on the paint to prevent stains/chips/etc. So I called to see if I could bring the car in to buff and recoat the trunk. I was on the phone for 45 minutes and had to speak with 5 different people before Eric finally agreed to let me come in so he could fix it. Why in the world is it so hard to get service?? Overall, I feel that they were very nice when they were trying to sell me something, but once they had my money they could care less. The staff at Mungenast has been exceptional even though I did not purchase from them, and I can guarantee that my next purchase and any others for my family will be from Mungenast. More

Annie was absolutely great. She was friendly, informative, and incredibly helpful with getting my car repaired. When I initially brought my car in to be looked at to see if they could tell what was wrong (from my vantage point the rear bumper was sticking out and might have needed to be re-aligned). Annie pointed out that not only was there a problem with the bumper, but my recently purchased used car also had a cracked up (internally) tail light that could be pulled out rather easily by hand and if I didn't get the car fixed soon, it could hit a sharp bump and fall out as it was basically hanging on by 1 wire. I am extremely grateful for her professionalism, care, and all the work she and her staff put into getting my car fixed. I will definitely recommend anyone to use Dean Team Hyundai for service as well as their very nice selection of vehicles. More
My husband and I were desperate. We had been without a car for over 2 weeks. Hungry, tired (of looking)...we had decided to go out of our town on a Friday night to the place where we had bought our Santa car for over 2 weeks. (YOU) As we pulled in, out came this big friendly guy named Chris who set us at ease with that BIG smile. We got into the car of our dreams, and before you know it, we were driving it home. Scott and Chris worked with us on a price, Jeff got us signing the papers,so fast I thought he was some kind of math genuis,(wait, Scott did that too...Scott was the so kind, and sweet, and...am I starting to sound...silly? These guys LIKE to make people happy. Mike was also very friendly...what is it with these guys? THEY ARE THE BEST!!! Chris then showed my husband almost everything about the car....staying overtime (It was well past closing time) to make sure he was familiar with it before he drove it home.I'm surprised the car didn't cook an egg with all the stuff it does...and if it did, Chris would have made sure we knew how to do that too. I just guess when my Santa Fee finally gets a few miles on it, I now know I won't waste my time running all over town making myself sick.I'll just go to the Dean Team. After my car was totaled out from hail damage, Andy was great about finding me a new car with everything I wanted within my price range even though I wasn't planning to get a new car. I went into this dealership planning on purchasing a new Hyundai Accent. The first day we went to look at the car Johnny came right up to us and let us take it on a test drive. I told my parents, who were the ones paying for it, to go with me the next day to take a look. They both really liked the car and decided that if they came down a little on the price that we would buy it. They agreed on a lower number and the car was mine! We dealt with some aggressive and untrustworthy dealers and I could tell right away that I wanted to buy my car from Johnny. Johnny took the time to save us money and make sure we were all happy with the car. I would recommend people coming here to ask for Johnny. More
