Just two weeks later, I suffered a serious injury that required surgery to repair a ruptured tendon in my left tricep. As a father of five young children—ages 12, 9, 6, 4, and 2—and with my wife being a full-time stay-at-home mom, the loss of our second vehicle immediately disrupted every part of our routine. We knew we needed a vehicle that could serve our entire family—practical, reliable, and within our means. After searching extensively, we found a listing for a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Touring with the Sport trim package—everything we were looking for. That search led us to Dean Team Hyundai and, more importantly, to Elliot Ellis. From our very first interaction, Elliot demonstrated a level of professionalism, responsiveness, and care that’s increasingly rare. He answered our questions promptly, made himself available on short notice, and made what could have been a stressful process feel manageable. When we met in person, we discovered we both had served in the U.S. military—him in the Marine Corps and myself as a now-retired service member.
