I spoke with with a used car employee about taking it for a test drive. After the test drive I informed the sales person I was interested in buying assuming my financing passes. They asked for a deposit which honestly is a scam and told them if it's there when I'm ready to purchase I will pick it up. I called them two days later to inform them that I was going to purchase the car. I explained to them during the negotiation phase I wanted a pin strip removed and the windshield replaced (large crack in the line of sight). Dealership wasn't interested in making the car road worthy or safe but they were OK with removing cosmetic pin stripe. I was told the car would be ready by Friday (this was Wednesday morning). I go to pick the car up on Friday and find the pinstripe couldn't be removed in for time for delivery. I take delivery and was told to come back Monday to have the rest of the pin stripe removed. Meantime, during the purchasing process they had me sign a deal for the wrong car. After 15 minutes of back and forth and pointing this out they make me wait a half hour while they figure that all out. I called Monday and they were not ready and told me to come Tuesday, Tuesday comes and I'm suppose to leave it and I cannot find anyone who can assist me, service, body shop knew nothing of the removal but were eager to charge me for a nominal fee. After finally getting a manager they tracked down my sales person. He did manage to get the details sorted and lined up in a rental car which won't allow for no more than a meager 75 miles for two days. I had washed the car prior to drop off and when I did get it back it looked like it was ripped down a country dirt road. Not questioning how it got so dirty I simply asked to have it ran thru the automatic car was on site. That couldn't even remove it. While the sales person was apologetic in the end, I was not impressed with this dealership from beginning to end, felt like I wasted a lot of time, once the check was handed over I wasn't a priority any longer. While they tout there impeccable service awards and sales pipe the customer service aspect was severely lacking during this whole transaction. I constantly was hunting down employees to get answers or any kind of movement from the sale or from the service. More

dissapointing appointment First time ever I made an appointment because I had numerous things I wanted done. My car was kept all day and when I came to pick it up at 5:00 the oil change and tires being rotated was not done. It now requires me to come another day! More
