I arrived as scheduled, they took the truck in right away, offered me a ride if needed (I waited); had a perfect spot I had a scheduled appointment. They are fair, friendly, professional and efficient. I like the text updates. Their customer lounge is clean and pleasant if you need to wait. If you need a courtesy shuttle, they offer that too. They even have good magazines to read and a TV playing. I am very pleased with my service so far, every time, I receive at Sellers FORD on Maple Road in TROY. I leased my FORD at a different dealer, they were not as nice, and I bought the vehicle after the Lease term through Sellers FORD. Now I take all of my needs to Sellers too. I recommend Sellers FORD. More
