Buyers BEWARE. HORRIBLE experience with this dealership. We were working on a new purchase and my trade. I wanted to get the trade value on my truck and once we agr HORRIBLE experience with this dealership. We were working on a new purchase and my trade. I wanted to get the trade value on my truck and once we agree we could move forward with the purchase. I have a text message in writing that Dean Mitchell (the owner) agreed to a certain amount for my trade. At that point I allowed them to run my credit. Once all the banks approved, Dean Mitchell came back and said he couldn't give me the amount he agreed to, and lowered it by thousands of dollars. This is not what we agreed to, and I only allowed my credit to be ran because we already had a deal. All we had to do was the final paperwork/signing and it was done. I drove over to the dealership once we had all of the bank approvals, to find out that Dean had completely changed the deal that was already in writing. I have no idea why they would want to do business this way. Only thing that I can figure is that my vehicle was to nice and expensive for them to afford buying. Seems like they are in the business of buying cheap. Being a customer who usually purchases a new vehicle each year or so, they really made the wrong call on this one. I will never do business with them, and I hope that this will help future shoppers to know what kind of business they run and how they will treat people. Very unprofessional, and not a good business model to have. I don't like to leave negative reviews and usually don't. But this was so above and beyond frustrating that I had to put it out there, and hopefully it will help others avoid this dealership. I will keep spreading the word amongst my clients, friends, and family. Please read the other negative reviews that are out there on this dealership. I'm very confident that they are mostly all true. On a positive note, my salesman Larry was great. He was on my side and very understanding. I really felt bad for him, losing an easy sale because of his management team, and their shady ways of business. More
