Scam artist, buyer beware! I sent an inquiry to Mike Arthur about a car I was interested in and he replied that it could be seen in their showroom. When I asked for the VIN and Cowl Tag numbers to check out the car, he stopped responding. I think Mike 51's findings prove that this guy is a fraud, cheat, scam artist and belongs in jail! More
