Bait-and-switch I saw a price online, took the listing in, spent 2+ hours there test driving and looking at the car then when it came time to close the deal the manag I saw a price online, took the listing in, spent 2+ hours there test driving and looking at the car then when it came time to close the deal the manager came over and said they RAISED the price. Over the course of two hours! They wouldn’t honor their original price and the manager was very rude and dismissive. So bravo, Deacon’s. Advertising a deal to get customers in store then not honoring it is called a bait-and-switch, which is illegal. Don’t waste your time at this place. Go somewhere else, anywhere else. More

I got more than what I expected, and salesperson Mike Behm was fantastic. He was great to work with. He was open, honest and fair. Scott Varo was great to work with and talk with. We both had Tennessee experiences to share, and I had a wonderful time talking with fellow Kansan Jesse Remby. I don't normally refer people to car dealerships, apartments or credit card companies. The part where I said I don't normally refer people to car dealerships changed on February 2, 2018. To go anywhere else for a new or used car, in my opinion, would be a mistake. He would make logical, considered recommendations for me along the way, but never "pushed" me into anything that I didn't want. Mike and the others at Deacon's made my car buying purchase painless, and in fact I told Mike that this is probably the most fun I've had buying a car! I would recommend Deacon's and Mike Behm. More
