Mike Behm + Deacon's CJDR = Excellence I was in the market for a new Wrangler JL Unlimited and had visited several dealerships in the area. In each instance I was specific that my time was I was in the market for a new Wrangler JL Unlimited and had visited several dealerships in the area. In each instance I was specific that my time was valuable and I did not want to play the typical "games" between the salesperson and sales manager. I walked away from a deal due to them wasting my time when I was ready to buy. On a whim I stopped in Deacon's Chrysler in Mayfield Hts., and was quickly greeted by Jessie the GM, and then introduced to my saleperson Mike Behm. Mike is very enthusiastic, knowledgable about the products he sells and quickly understood what I was looking for. We sat down, worked through a deal, and he was back in minutes with the GM to work out some of the details. All told we came to an agreement in less than 15 minutes from when I stepped foot in the door. I picked up the Wrangler a few days later and received it in impeccable condition. Mike took a lot of time going through all the features, helping me set up my phone, etc. He made sure to introduce me to the service and parts departments as well. Overall I felt like I was buying a car from a trusted friend, not a stranger. The finance process with Scott was a breeze, and I very much enjoyed talking Jeeps since he owns several. Another very nice guy who clearly loves what he does. Mike, Jessie, Scott and Deacon's far exceeded my expectations, and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Keep up the great work! Thank you. The main problem I had was that I lived in the eastern most part of Kentucky and due to my injuries I couldn’t drive to Ohio to make the purchase.
