Best car buying experience ever I needed a new car, but I wasn't planning on getting one Friday night. We drove past Deacons and my mother just pulled in, Randy helped us. He found the car I was interested in and we went on a test drive. The test drive was a nice amount of time on the road to really see how the car handled. Randy explained all the features of the car during the drive. When we got back we sat down to do numbers and our plan was to continue our search over the weekend. The number Randy gave us was just to good to shop it any further. Randy was great and I love my new car. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a new car. More

Kathy Saywell, one of their sales consultants, helped me to figure out what I really need as this is my first time to buy Wrangler and also kept me updated on their progress based on my requirements when I backed to Singapore between June and mid of July. I got my key only after 5 days when I formally landed in Cleveland, this saved my time on homework, comparison and my money of renting car. And Kathy even helped me to return my rented car when I got my new key.
