I have going back and forth with the service department about completing the work on my 2022 Dodge Ram since my first encounter 2/12/25. On my third visit to correct this matter, I was told they need to ke about completing the work on my 2022 Dodge Ram since my first encounter 2/12/25. On my third visit to correct this matter, I was told they need to keep the vehicle to evaluate and was given a loaner (jeep compass). A thought, with all the technology available why wasn't the electric problem detected sooner versus putting in two parts and the light remains on. My truck set for a week and half to diagnose a electric problem why the air bag light will not go off. The electric problem was identified and niw was ordering the original part again as, it was possibliy shorted out from the electric problem. Now, I been waiting another almost two weeks for a part to come in with no updates until i reach out again with expression I am bothering them because I want the work completed and i got my truck back with air bag funtioning. This cant be the only 2022 Ram with this problem. I spoke with the manager with no success and referred back to the service advisor with no answers. I feel the part could be obtained from another Ram provider much sooner instead of all this waiting for this or that and all sitting around waiting is related to my truck being under warranty and they can't charge me some outrageous bill. More
