Deacon's Chrysler Jeep has been my only dealership since 1991. I have seen the staff retire over the years, but never the spirit of commitment to the client, or the service. My most recent visit was a 100,000 mile service recommended replacement of spark plugs and to replace a faulty thermostat. The service engine light on my dashboard prompted the visit and it was time for the tune up, so I decided to get everything addressed in one visit. The van needed to stay overnight, and I was offered shuttle service to my home and for the return when the vehicle repair was completed. The staff was pleasant, understood my concerns about the cost of repair and offered to do their best to make the experience exceptional. More
