I am very disappointed and not satisfied with the service that was done to my vehicle. I spent over $4,000 and it is running worst now then it ever has when I carried it to you now they want to change me ano that was done to my vehicle. I spent over $4,000 and it is running worst now then it ever has when I carried it to you now they want to change me another $800.00 to fix what they did its not right or far to me. This is the worst service I've had since I got the vehicle from you and lm very disappointed. More
None of the issues I spoke of were fixed except 1. One issue made worse that I didnt ask to be done on my initial visit. I was Asked to return with the car to correct the worse alignment causing the car to pull left when it didn't pull at all prior to the visit, although bad weather has prevented my return. Car has been here twice over 2 yrs and both technician's acknowledged they could detect an issue yet both times I leave with the car, not service saying " leave the car we will fix it or tell you the cause" at minimum... Very decent people to talk to but demeanor don't fix cars. More
