I told them at the beginning I thought it was the battery because the start/stop had stopped cutting in weeks earlier. They apparently didn’t test the battery because when I left with an appointment for two days later I stopped at Advance and had the battery tested. It was all but dead. New battery. No more problems. Hmmm. Guess it wasn’t an EMS... I think that’s what he said. I was so mad I don’t quite remember. More

Poor this time I had to have apart replaced which I was told would take 20min. Came back a third time and sat for almost 2 hours. Did I mention I lived 25 min away? They could have at least given me a gas card for the inconvenience?! You drop the ball this time Deacon Jones. Quick Friendly Service I had to take my Ram Truck in for a recall fix to the ignition module. I drove to the service garage entrance where the door opened automatically, dr I had to take my Ram Truck in for a recall fix to the ignition module. I drove to the service garage entrance where the door opened automatically, drove in, gave the service manager the keys, went to the customer lounge for about 45 minutes and then it was ready in the time they said it would be. Couldn't be simpler than that. The lounge is nothing fancy but it's comfortable, got a TV area, snacks, drinks, and a separate place to read. I'll be back. More
