We called, made an appointment that same day, and when we got there, and after searching for 10 minutes, the manager nor the sales representative could “locate” the vehicle. We did however buy a car and when it was delivered the car was not detailed well, in fact the detail job was done so poorly the Manager had to pay for a detailer to finish the job. Finally, after two weeks of not receiving the all weather floor mats I had to call to find out what the hold-up was. For two weeks I, the customer, had to constantly chase both the sales representative and the manager for what was guaranteed in the contract. Safe to say it was the most unprofessional car dealership I have been to. I feel like a fool for buying a car there. More
