Deacon jones dodge has provided absolutely awful customer service. Deacon Jones dodge employees have made baseless accusations against me and tried to intimidate me over my review posted on Facebook. It is now seems they have blocked me from viewing their Facebook page through my account as instead of responding they would seemingly rather try to silence and hide my truthful experience with them. My honest and truthful review is posted on Facebook still (although not visible to me any longer) and should be on google as well. More

I took my 2019 Ram 5500 there the 2nd week in October 2022 for warranty work on a Fuel Injector and a Gasket oil leak inside of the engine..I picked up my vehicle on January 12,2023. It is 3:20am January 2022 for warranty work on a Fuel Injector and a Gasket oil leak inside of the engine..I picked up my vehicle on January 12,2023. It is 3:20am January 21,2023 and I am sitting in Florence SC at the Dodge dealership with the same issues. I had to drive 15mph on I-95 for 5miles with the engine shaking and jerking as before when the fuel injector first went out. I don’t know what they did wrong but I will soon find out. Good people but I wouldn’t let them work on my bicycle. If you are running a business with your Ram DO NOT TAKE IT TO DEACON JONES!!!!!!! I had to backup to this page when they asked 2 pages up to rate 1 person on the page. Jason Underwood was my advisor and I must also have mention Alex the head diesel mechanic. They always got me in and out with quality. Deacon Jones Dodge went in the Toilet when those 2 quit.. I was warned.. Sorry that I didn’t listen. More
