Poor this time I had to have apart replaced which I was told would take 20min. Quick Friendly Service I had to take my Ram Truck in for a recall fix to the ignition module. I drove to the service garage entrance where the door opened automatically, dr I had to take my Ram Truck in for a recall fix to the ignition module. I drove to the service garage entrance where the door opened automatically, drove in, gave the service manager the keys, went to the customer lounge for about 45 minutes and then it was ready in the time they said it would be. Couldn't be simpler than that. The lounge is nothing fancy but it's comfortable, got a TV area, snacks, drinks, and a separate place to read. I'll be back. More
