Professional I was traveling through the area and experienced problems with my truck. Thankfully I was staying at a campground locally and realized my truck had an issue. I brought my truck in there on Friday for a diagnosis to see if we were able to continue our travels. Jason was my service writer and check me in very quickly and assured me that it would look at the vehicle as soon as they could. When he returned to me I had found out that I had quite an expensive repair that needed to be done. Jason had the parts ordered promptly and I had to stay over the weekend but he got me out and on the road on Monday. And the mechanic that worked on my car was also very good didn't get to speak with him but everything seems to be okay so I am happy with his work. Thank you to all the people that were involved with this repair. I was in fixed operations for 28 years at dealerships and have to say good job. More

Quick, Friendly Service I had to take my Ram truck in for a couple of recalls. The work was done quickly and well in less than an hour, better than promised by the service m I had to take my Ram truck in for a couple of recalls. The work was done quickly and well in less than an hour, better than promised by the service manager. The dealership lounge is a comfortable, quiet place to hang out in the meantime. The only criticism I have is that when I go to schedule service, sometimes it's very difficult to reach a service manager when they are really busy. I either get put on hold or the phone just rings and rings and rings and no one answers which can be pretty frustrating. So a suggestion...it would be good in these situations if there was an automated voice mail that I could leave a message with so a service manager could call me back later when they're not so busy. More
