I had an incredible experience with the staff at Deacon Jones. Douglas Hodges and Cody Dale were on it. Arrived at 9:30 a. m. for 10:00 a.m. appt to have thermostat ($223.92) installed on 2019 Acadia. At 11:40 a.m.told cost over $1000.00 and approximately 2 hrs. labor. 2 weeks after my oil change the oil filter came loose and had to go and get more oil and a oil change on a sunday after. called dealership and got bounced around and was told by people on phone that there wa had to go and get more oil and a oil change on a sunday after. called dealership and got bounced around and was told by people on phone that there was nothing they can do for me, 2 days later the service advisor I had for my car and asked for the bill for my oil change and sent pics. still never heard from dealer, the technician never tighten up my filter if I didn't notice it .iall the oil would have drain all out and would require a new engine. still no reply or refund from the service techncians mistake More
