The service department is terrible they don't know how to diagnose a vehicle and fix it correctly I have had my truck in there 3 times for the same problem and still has not fixed they just keep throwing par diagnose a vehicle and fix it correctly I have had my truck in there 3 times for the same problem and still has not fixed they just keep throwing parts in it and hopes it fixes it now they say it need a part that is very expensive I have already spent 5,000 dollars and still not fixed More
Took car in for an oil change and safety inspection. Was told it would be two hours. Was ready in about an hour and 15 minutes(good part). It was raining all day so I didn't check around the car until the next day and noticed I was missing a cap on one of my tires.(didn't inform Deacon Jones of this part) More

I had an incredible experience with the staff at Deacon Jones. Douglas Hodges and Cody Dale were on it. They made sure we were able to pick out the car of our choosing as well address our many options and Jones. Douglas Hodges and Cody Dale were on it. Arrived at 9:30 a. m. for 10:00 a.m. appt to have thermostat ($223.92) installed on 2019 Acadia. At 11:40 a.m.told cost over $1000.00 and approximately 2 hrs. labor.
