I have purchased (2) 1500 Sierra Denali's 2021 and 2022 from Deacon Jones Auto Park in Smithfield, NC. The Sales and Service have been outstanding in helping me maintain my vehicles. I purchased a 2016 Maybach from this dealership $80k. I talked with Jon the salesman and expressed to him that I've been saving up to by this dream car and I needed him to be completely honest with me ab I talked with Jon the salesman and expressed to him that I've been saving up to by this dream car and I needed him to be completely honest with me about this vehicle. Of course he and his manager assured me that the vehicle had been through there 100+ inspection and that they had taken the car to Fayetteville to the Mercedes service center to have it inspected as well . ALL LIES!! I asked Jon about the noise that the car was making after I drove it overnight and he promised that it was nothing to worry about. I told him that used car salesman were considered the lowest forms of life to trust and he said he was going to restore my faith in salesman. HE DIDN'T. Less than 30 days of me having this vehicle I take the car in to the Durham Mercedes service and they find $15k of damages and services needed to the car. The struts and the air compressor that was making the noise that I questioned about was around $8k alone . I spoke with Tyler H. Who is supposed to be a manager and he led me on for about a month as if they were going to do something to reimburse for some of the issues only for him to come back and say There's nothing we can or will be able to do. The used car dealership is full of LYING SNAKES . BE AWARE OF ANY DEALINGS WITH THIS COMPANY. They turned my dream car into a nightmare. More

When I walked into Deacon Jones with my problem he immediately greeted me and calmed my fears and followed th helpful care I received from him today. The service department is terrible they don't know how to diagnose a vehicle and fix it correctly I have had my truck in there 3 times for the same problem and still has not fixed they just keep throwing par diagnose a vehicle and fix it correctly I have had my truck in there 3 times for the same problem and still has not fixed they just keep throwing parts in it and hopes it fixes it now they say it need a part that is very expensive I have already spent 5,000 dollars and still not fixed More
Took car in for an oil change and safety inspection. Was told it would be two hours. Was ready in about an hour and 15 minutes(good part). Got home my husband was looking at the receipt and noticed they Was told it would be two hours. Was ready in about an hour and 15 minutes(good part). Got home my husband was looking at the receipt and noticed they put incorrect oil in car. Called them and they told me to bring car back that afternoon. They corrected, as far I know. It was raining all day so I didn't check around the car until the next day and noticed I was missing a cap on one of my tires.(didn't inform Deacon Jones of this part) More
