I called this number as instructed talked to the representative for complaints . She told me that a manager would call me back and i haven't heard from anyone. I feel like they only respond so they look like they concerned about your issue but they don't. AGAIN I DON'T RECOMMEND DEACON JONES AUTO TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A USED CAR.
