I went knowing what I wanted, and they found the vehicle that met my needs. I took a few days to think about it, and then went and worked the deal. The facility was spotless, including the bathrooms. I believe that the dealership operates with the highest regard for the customer and their employees. I have already began to recommend them to my friends and family. Buying a car is a big decision and trust in the company you are dealing with is very important. I appreciate the fact that the company was founded on Christian principles and continues to build on that foundation. What is really interesting is the way that the purchase documents do not even reference it. 2. The Final Price. I was presented with a document that stated the final price was $29896. Which it evidently was since somehow someone decided that I was making a $1500 down payment. Discovered that little fact when Amy asked me for a check for that amount. Nice subtle number play. And yes, my wife and I did decide to the total price after this but it does show a certain deviousness to the way this company does transactions. 3. The dealer also installed a warped aftermarket bedliner that I had to argue for 30 minutes that it was not suitible and that I wasn't going to pay for it. Evidently they routinely add aftermarket additions that are cheaper and of less quality. I had to call 15 days after they removed it to remind them that they still owed me a refund. More
