The service technicians need to have a checklist to go by. They are missing critical steps which causes the car owner to have to go back to have corrected. Only a couple things that keeps it from being a 5 star. One, it felt like it took much longer than it maybe should have, though I'm no mechanic so I only have an idea of what it involved to do the job. The fact that a part ordered turned out to be deffective and had to wait for delivery was fine, it happens. Second, you need kleenex in the waiting area, that would be nice. Otherwise, James Smurthwaite did an excellent job in working with me and on keeping me informed, as usual. One more thing, it's about rentals. I don't believe that renting a vehicle for just a few hours should constitute full price charge. (not saying it should be free..) More
