Was great service oil change and found nail in rear tire. Found that tire had a previous nail so had to get new tire. The service technicians need to have a checklist to go by. They are missing critical steps which causes the car owner to have to go back to have corrected. The excuse that everyone makes mistakes is a t by. They are missing critical steps which causes the car owner to have to go back to have corrected. Flicia that checken my car in war really nice and helpful, I was furnished a ride to my other car so I could get home that gentleman was very nice and helpful to me also. More
Only a couple things that keeps it from being a 5 star. One, it felt like it took much longer than it maybe should have, though I'm no mechanic so I only have an idea of what it involved to do the job. The fact that a part ordered turned out to be deffective and had to wait for delivery was fine, it happens. Second, you need kleenex in the waiting area, that would be nice. Otherwise, James Smurthwaite did an excellent job in working with me and on keeping me informed, as usual. One more thing, it's about rentals. I don't believe that renting a vehicle for just a few hours should constitute full price charge. (not saying it should be free..) More
