I wish I had a better experience the third time around but apparently that’s just not in DeYarman’s realm. Service advisors are rude & really hate when you don’t pay for services (as I had a free oil chan but apparently that’s just not in DeYarman’s realm. Service advisors are rude & really hate when you don’t pay for services (as I had a free oil change & tire rotation from the last service I had done since they flat out told me the didn’t bother to take the tires off so they didn’t do a tire rotation because they didn’t feel like it) & they were very irritated when I told them I could find filters cheaper somewhere else & didn’t want to pay them almost $200 to replace some even barely filters. I wish I had better things to say but unfortunately I don’t. This will be my last visit EVER to DeYarman. & that’s on them. More
Courteous and efficient I recently had my car in for a recall that was causing my brakes to fail, DeYarman came to get my car, did the recall and didn’t try to upsell me for anything. Wonderful to have this ongoing problem finally resolved after many appointments, parts and deductibles paid. Thank goodness we have the extended warranty to pay for the many parts ordered.
