The actual service was good. My wife took the truck in for a service and she felt talked down to a little bit. Almost like “this is a man’s world” was asked to move the truck fro My wife took the truck in for a service and she felt talked down to a little bit. Almost like “this is a man’s world” was asked to move the truck from where she left it as there was no space due to other customers cars parked badly. Not the service guys fault but she pointed that out and a service man moved her truck and figured out there was no place to move it so move it back to where my wife had left it. That was not the bad part, not a great start but not the bad part. The bad part, it appears Was when we bought the truck. I sat in that salesman’s office when we bought the truck and he won 100% said the service package we were buying gave us seven oil changes. This is The second truck we bought from the deyarman . It is the second truck we got told we were buying the seven oil changes on. It is the second truck that we’ve been told we only got three oil changes on despite buying the service package and the second truck that we feel we have been screwed on, misinformed, misled, lied to about. As it stands, we will use the Third and last service at deyarman ford Before moving our Custom elsewhere. More
