Overcharged for repairs because insurance estimate came in higher then their estimate. Feel it is unjustified to charge higher for the same repairs just because insurance company estimate was higher. I always have a great experience when I bring my truck in for service. I had to take advantage of the new program pick up and return. Arrived on time and did a great job in completing the service and putting for service. I had to take advantage of the new program pick up and return.
