Had an appointment, but unfortunately the car had already been sold when I got there. Travis and Colin did everything they could to find us a deal that day, but unfortunately nothing worked out. Very Unsatisfied Customer Damian our sales rep was absolutely wonderful while we were there buying a 2016 Ford F 150 and Andrew even helped us out with a lianer vehicle when we Damian our sales rep was absolutely wonderful while we were there buying a 2016 Ford F 150 and Andrew even helped us out with a lianer vehicle when we had to take it back to have a place in the paint buffed out but they couldn't buff it out so they kept it and had to have a guy come in and do some air brush painting to fix it. But when I called Damian 10 days after purchasing the vehicle because there was an issue with the front door they no longer could help me. I was told it was a factory imperfection and there was nothing they could do so unfortunately I was out of luck. All they want is the sell then they are done with you!!! Horrible experience and customer service. I would not recommend Noble Ford to anyone!!!! More
I will never let them work on my car. I purchased a Certified Pre-owned car less than 1 year ago, which entitles me to receive 3 discounted oil changes. First oil change I requested full I purchased a Certified Pre-owned car less than 1 year ago, which entitles me to receive 3 discounted oil changes. First oil change I requested full synthetic and they put it in because I was standing at the window, second change I requested full synthetic, wandered around the lot while it was being changed, came back to a bill of $10.00 , they did not put in full synthetic as requested so they changed it out at no cost, third visit , today, again requested full synthetic, again got a bill for $10.00, requested it be changed out and the guy at the counter said that is what his boss told him to put in it. I got with the manager, and they changed it at no additional cost. I was also dealing to purchase another car. They had a 30th anniversary special where you got a trade in Quote online, from their vendor, and they would increase it up to 30%. I thought it was a good deal, so I got together with the salesman and the sales manager, they put some numbers together and came back with with no 30% added, and considerably less than NADA trade in value. The 30th anniversary special is a hoax, their cars are overpriced, the Quick Lane is incompetent I have purchased another car just like the one I was looking at Noble, but with less miles and more options, and they give me the trade in value I expected to get at Noble. I will never shop there again. . More
I went to look at this car last week on Tuesday, Dec. 28th but it was not there; they told me it was having the thermostat replaced and it would be back Thursday. I came back Thursday and it was still n 28th but it was not there; they told me it was having the thermostat replaced and it would be back Thursday. I came back Thursday and it was still not there, they said they would call when it was back from being repaired. They called me on Tuesday, Jan. 4th and said it was back. I went to look at it on Wednesday after calling to make sure it was there. When I got there, I was told the price went up to $13,500 – (it was listed at $11,995) I was told by the sales guy it was still cheaper than the lowest priced within 500 miles. I got up and walked out. I am going to tell everyone who will listen what noble ford did and I will never buy anything from them - ever. And don't you think they could have told me over the phone instead of wasting my time and mileage? (3 trips at 29 miles each way = 174 miles) And to think I was going to pay cash! More
