Service writer was unaware I was there so a LOF took 1. 5 hours. Apparently it was my responsibility to let the SR know I was there. Then he asked if I was ok backing my car out of a space? Again I am impressed with Devoe Cadillac service department. Everyone I dealt with , Svenja (service advisor), greeter, and loaner car rep was so helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this dealership. It is about a 40 minute drive to the dealer but they make it worth it. More
