I recently purchased a used car from DeVoe Cadillac that I saw listed on the internet and had it shipped to me. I worked with Dwight (salesperson) and Brandon (finance) and this was easily the best experien I saw listed on the internet and had it shipped to me. I worked with Dwight (salesperson) and Brandon (finance) and this was easily the best experience I have ever had buying a car (and I have bought a few). They both made the buying process smooth and easy and made me feel like a valued customer. They always answered my calls or, if unavailable, called me right back and addressed any questions/concerns I had immediately. More importantly, because I was buying this car sight unseen (except for the pictures on the internet), I put great trust that they were shooting me straight on the car, price and financing options. They 100% delivered on this trust. I love my new car and am very comfortable the agreed price was fair to both sides. I would absolutely do business with Dwight, Brandon and DeVoe Cadillac again! More
This dealership is very poor in responding to phone calls. I have made three phones calls over two day and can not get anyone to return my call The switchboard operated even hiring up on me the last calls. Purchased a Lyriq a year ago. The F&I Manager talked me into Road Hazard. Last Oct wrote a letter to owner describing shabby service. Received no reply. Am now trying to schedule simple maintenance appointment. Would expect a return call within five minutes. I have read many of the other reviews for the dealership. I really am sorry many of them had bad experiences. Purchasing and maintaining a vehicle are both expensive and emotional experiences. I was shopping nationwide for a '23 CT4-V Blackwing with a manual transmission. Jeremiah Harrison immediately contacted me, much quicker than any other dealer. He worked with me regarding the price of the vehicle and shipping it to NC. From initial contact to finalizing the deal was less than 3 days, via email, text, and a couple of phone calls. Combined, they were satisfactory for me. The car arrived with some slight paint damage. When informed, the dealership worked with me to have it repaired at a local shop. The entire process from initial contact to repair was easy, with the longest wait being an appointment for an estimate. I have purchased other vehicles online, and they did not compare to the service I received from Devoe. I will look to them again for my future vehicle purchases. More
