It was a pleasure working with salesman Michael Taubes who helped me through the process of factory ordering my CT5-V Blackwing. What really solidified my positive opinion of Michael was the time he took to explain the technology related aspects of the cars electronic controls, upon delivery. I ended up needing to come back a few days later as I had additional questions and Michael never made me feel rushed. A shout out as well to Ken Burkart as well in the finance department who handled all of the financial paperwork when I took delivery of the car. I've had experiences elsewhere over the years that had left my "head-spinning" after handling the financial paperwork, feeling like there was a trap laid out at every turn, but this was easy and it was a pleasure to do business with Ken with no unexpected charges. Salesman Tom was excellent . Purchased a CPO CT 5. Im guessing they do not go over the car like they claim on the web site with a 100 or so point inspection. We are paying a premium for this service that could be skipped altogether. If they skipped a$20 cabin filter left with dirt and leaves in it how do I know they skipped partially needed items like brakes tires etc..spoke with the owner. Seems very nice but suggested I drop off the car for a RE inspection. Maybe they do not feel confident in the first CPO inspection. That would be terrible if they found more items. I guess I am looking at premature expense of possibly brakes tires and what ever else comes up. Many dealers here in Fl. More
