Courteous but problem not really fixed F150 had unseen water leaking into passenger side floor. They assured me it was fixed but when I touched the floor it’s still damp. They claimed they found a suspect area to silicon around a hose but I knew that sounded weak. To this day my floor mat is still damp. It’s just disappointing when you know leaving it’s a weak solution that you know ends up being unresolved. I bought the truck about a month and a half ago. Extremely disappointed in failed attempt. Just stand behind your product and take as long as you need until it’s fixed RIGHT! More
