Excellent service! Got my oil changed and vehicle looked over in a fast timely manner. Everyone who I encountered was pleasant and helpful. I enjoy bringing my car in. I dropped off a fleet car approximately 1/22/21 for a review on the battery, the charging system, and review on the alignment as the car was pulling to one side. I did get busy and granted should have called earlier, but I would have thought the dealer would have the responsibility to call themselves. The only reason why I'm giving this 2 stars instead of 1 star is because the service tech (I believe it was Lenny?) that took the call and handled the situation was courtesy and professional about looking into why the car sat for so long and had no follow up phone calls. I'm a reasonable person and understand things happen, but not hearing anything is really inexcusable. More
This easily could have been a 5 star rating but a 1 to 1 hour 10 minute job estimate took 2 hours. I went in for a NYS inspection and oil change. It took almost 2 hours and they didn't even inspect my car.And wanted to have me spend 1000 dollars on 4 new tires. Took the car to my friends shop and ended almost 2 hours and they didn't even inspect my car.And wanted to have me spend 1000 dollars on 4 new tires.
