Screwed out of Warranty Refund. In February 2016, Traded in a `14 Chevy Cruze that I bought at Depaula in July 2015, for a `13 Chevy Malibu eco. transaction was smooth, and all seeme In February 2016, Traded in a `14 Chevy Cruze that I bought at Depaula in July 2015, for a `13 Chevy Malibu eco. transaction was smooth, and all seemed fine with exception to the Warranties on the Cruze. All 3 good for the life of the loan (72 months), 2 of which don't actually start until `17 (60 month length). Now initially, I tried talking with George the "Financial Manager" to get totals, but was told he would look into the actual amounts. To this end, he figured it would be about 89% on all 3 due to time used and he would get back to me on totals and that it "Technically can take up to 4 to 6 weeks, but usually are returned within a week or 2." It didn't make sense as 2 technically haven't even started covering the vehicle, but IF the money was returned within 2 weeks, fine. total of paid was $1497 + Tax. 2 weeks later, No refund and no call or response on what the proper total of my refund is. Since the refund could take "up to 6 weeks" I don't press the matter immediately, but I did call trying to verify the refund amount. 4 weeks later, still no refund, no total amount provided. At this point though, I was busy and didn't pursue again. 5 weeks, later, still no check, and call again. This time I do get in touch with George and I inquired again about the warranty refund, and again what the total is. He said he would look into it and get back to me, I should have it by "next week" 6 weeks hits, still no refund, still no idea how much I am actually getting back. I call in and ask for a "Supervisor or Manager, Someone in charge," and get transferred back to George. Again I speak with George about the fact I still do not have a refund, I still don't have any idea how much I am getting back, or how much is actually being prorated, WHAT'S THE TOTAL??? He finally had an answer, "about $450 to $500, but I'm not positive. It might be a little more, but shouldn't be above $600" ... WHAT? I press into him about the totals being about $1500 PLUS TAX, and that $450 is NOT appropriate. He again said that the math does appear to be off, but not to worry, he would make sure ALL my warranties would be refunded and I would get a check for the appropriate amount within 2 weeks AND he would call me before with a proper total. end of 8 weeks, Still no refund. Still no call. Still no idea how much I should be getting back... xxx. Again I call back and ask for a Manager, A supervisor, the boss of the financial managers, someone in charge. This time I was transferred to Roger, a different "Financial Manager." I go through this all again with him, tell him this is ridiculous, I still don't have my money back AND I still don't have any idea How much I should be getting back, but at this point +1497 plus tax certainly seems fair. Again, I get promises of being called back the next morning. Again no call. instead, Alex, the salesman, texts me letting me know he heard what's going on and will get this straightened out. he will call me Saturday. Saturday comes and goes, no call. I called in Monday, Ask for "SOMEONE IN MANAGEMENT, A BOSS OF THE WORKERS, SOMEONE WHO I CAN FILE A COMPLAINT WITH" and get sent to Roger's Voicemail. Didn't even bother leaving a message. I text Alex finding out what's going on, no response. I call again today 4/20/16, ask the same thing, stress I want to talk with a person in charge, and get transferred to the Woman who takes care of refunds. While again, not who I asked for, she at least confirms a check was sent to my address as of Friday, Since this started, I had searched, found, bought, and moved into a new home... I checked and FINALLY got my refund... all $695.63 of it.... xxx Where is my Refund? I spent over $1600 including tax on warranties, 2 of which were never used. Why Can't I speak with a Manager? a Supervisor? a Boss? Seriously, 5+ different times trying to reach one, call always put on hold, picked back up, then transferred to a Worker. Posting this everywhere, filing with the BBB and following up with NYSAG. More

I literally even texted him throughout the process and he was always there for us. Needless to say we got our vehicle. A few weeks later joe called personally to see how everything was with the car which you don't really see with other dealerships. They actually really care here. We actually also got a card from Joe with his contact info on it yesterday (almost 2 months later.. Still caring) just reminding us they're there for us and if anything happens to go there & they would work with us (knock on wood) lol but yea the experience was amazing and Joe was amazing. Also the head manager was hilarious and also there for us through it all. I would recommend Joe. If you do recommend Joe feel free to say my name Kaylyn :) More

We went straight to Marcus when we decided to find the two vehicles because we knew hat the outcome would be - superior service.
