Great Experience DePaula had a great price on a vehicle and I went to look at it expecting to find some minor blemish to justify the great place. I was pleasantly surprised this pre owned vehicle to be so close to new that it was hard to find ANYthing wrong even if you are looking for it. My salesman Mike Medeiros was knowledgeable and very easy going and only because I found him so easy to work with, after taking a night to consider my purchase I returned the next day in confidence knowing I had found my vehicle AND my dealer. Today (7/2/16) I stopped by to drop off my spare key for the 2015 Equinox that I turned in on Thursday. Alvin, another sales rep, drove me around so that I could locate my garage remote that I left behind in the 2015 car. We did not locate it, but I am certain that Alvin will call when he does. Alvin was awfully good about helping me - both these young men are a pleasure to deal with! More
