Great experience I was able to make an appointment by phone for the following day. My vehicle was serviced right on time and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Disappointed in service Took truck in because blower motor switch did not work, I told them to do oil change at same time and replacing faulty switch. New next oil service st Took truck in because blower motor switch did not work, I told them to do oil change at same time and replacing faulty switch. New next oil service sticker was for 1,200 miles instead of 3,000 miles. After that service, I found that they did not close hood completely, just to safety latch step. Also notice on paper given me after service stated "engine shield/skid plate missing". This was never verbally discussed with me and I have no idea what this means. Previous service experiences here have been better. More

When vehicle was finished, my wife had to wait (30 min.)until the service manager ate his lunch before he would release the vehicle. He then told her the vehicle need some repairs that I questioned were needed. I took the vehicle to another repair facility and learned that two of the suggested repairs were not needed. The prior time she had the vehicle serviced, she was told that it needed new sparkplugs, cabin filter and air filter replace. She was given a repair estimate of $600. to $700.00 for plug and filter replacements. I installed new plugs and filters myself for a total of $80.00.which is a far cry from $600.00 More

Rodney pointed out the best engine and options for my situation and he continued to look for the right truck. I visited and email 3 other Ford dealers and none could compare to Rodney’s experience and calm approach. Finally, I picked out a F150 XLT with every option that Rodney had recommended in the beginning. Rodney Woods will help you find your next Ford! More

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE When car searching, I strongly discourage you from visiting Simmons Ford, Inc. After leasing my new Ford Escape in October, I was told by a salesman t When car searching, I strongly discourage you from visiting Simmons Ford, Inc. After leasing my new Ford Escape in October, I was told by a salesman that my vehicle was E-85 capable, but that using this eco-friendly fuel could potentially give me less gas mileage. After getting my oil changed there two weeks ago and being told (again) by my salesman and the service person that my vehicle was E-85 capable (but to use a minimum of 5 gallons) I decided to give it a try! (It was only $1.40 a gallon - score!). Two days after my fill-up with E-85 fuel, my engine light appeared and I took my vehicle to my local dealership who told me "Your vehicle is not compatible with E-85 fuel and it’ll cost you $110 to get a fuel flush and restore your to normal functioning". Thank goodness I got out with only $110 - replacing the fuel system costs around $6,000! When I contacted Simmons to get my invoice taken care of (because the provided incorrect information) I was told "We trust our salesman and he says he never told you that, you are lying. Our service man also says that your conversation was in general and not in reference to your vehicle, there is nothing we can do for you." If you're seeking an ethical organization to rely on for your automobile needs, steer clear of Simmons Ford in Vicksburg, MI as they will (unfortunately) not offer you the service you desire. More
