She understood my reasons and went through the process, if she didn't know the answer to a question, she went to other staff to get the answer (no Bull). Patience on waiting for the truck allowed me to get ready for the truck. The process of financing was not stressful Alaina Jackson and Jeff Denooyer helped me get through the process and get the best price with the ford promotions. Also Alaina followed up and showed me how things on the truck worked before I left the dealership. Everybody at the dealership was very helpful. I would return to buy another car here. More
