Idon't think this is related to service dept but truck prep was disappointing. Had to ask for the fuel tank to be topped off and later found the DEF tank was half full. I was not told about service recommendations for my vehicle until after the service was completed and my vehicle was back home. I bought my last seven vehicles from DeNooyer Chevrolet. Andrew Lobb helped me purchase my 2023 ZL1 and my 2023 ZR2. Andrew was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I had a Saturday appointment for a simple oil change and so on. I then thought i was having a problem with my ZR2 and wanted to take it to service sooner than my Saturday appointment. I talked to Sammy and she said they were all booked up. I told her about my situation and she had me talk to Jackie. I said I thought I had a driveability issue. They took me in the next morning.
