Service dept is a big part of where I purchase a car. I brought my car in TWICE for my heater and gave them $108.00, and it’s exactly the same as the first time I brought it in!! They diagnosed it within 3 hous of me dropping off. They had the part. But it took them 18 days to complete the warranty repair. And they kept telling me it was being worked on?
