Never again It’s like night and day, I have been getting our family cars at Mohawk Honda and deciding to try from Denoyer. The sales group that I worked with were not the most knowledgeable or did I trust them, To lease the car I was told I needed to pay a little over 800.00 after we agreed on numbers, This never happened anywhere else, But they are matched by the horrible customer service in the service department. Service that cannot be beat Call for an appointment on Tuesday, appointment scheduled for Thursday morning. Decide to bring the vehicle in and leave it on Tuesday so if they have Call for an appointment on Tuesday, appointment scheduled for Thursday morning. Brake Service I was experiencing a vibration in the front end when I braked. After having my brakes evaluated, it was determined the pads were in good condition. I brought it to Denooyer and they determined it was the rotors. They didn't try to sell me anything additional, just machined the rotors and that was that. Very courteous and easy to talk too.
