Service Brought vehicle in to have recommended service (oil/tire rotation) and to look into driver heated seat and driver assist issues. Informed that vehicl Brought vehicle in to have recommended service (oil/tire rotation) and to look into driver heated seat and driver assist issues. Informed that vehicle was ready to pick up after a few hours. Received receipt of work that was completed. Got to vehicle in parking lot and noticed tires had not been rotated and back of driver seat cover not reattached. Contacted service personnel of what was observed. Individual accompanied me to vehicle and noticed discrepancies. Service Manager was gone for the day and personnel in charge asked me what they could do. I informed to fill tank with gas and conduct the required services that were suppose to be completed. I feel that I have been shorted and even wonder if the oil change was actually completed. This experience with your service department, has left me wondering if previous services were even conducted. Driver heated seat still is not working correctly (back of seat works).
