We’ve had to continuousl I purchased a preowned 2015 Chevy Tahoe for my wife over a year ago and we’ve experienced nothing but problems with the SUV. We’ve had to continuously bring in Tahoe to the service department for maintenance. We average at least one in every three months. The problems range from electrical to mechanical. We’ve had to pay out of pocket for some of these issues. The employees fix one problem and another arises. The SUV has turned out to be a bad choice. I was planning to trade in my Honda for a newer car this summer but the Tahoe experience gives me second thoughts. Besides the issues with the SUV the staff has always been respectful and courteous to my wife every time she brings the vehicle in for service. More

I spoke with Scott, one of the service techs, regarding a squeak at startup and he said they'd have a look at it. They set me up with a loaner as I told them I needed to go to Cape Cod that weekend. We spoke the next day regarding the issues and they said that I needed a new camera, a new radiator, a new starter (squeaking) and then they'd take care of the regular maintenance and inspection. They said they'd have the truck for the weekend and get it back to me on Monday. I said fine and they said enjoy the loaner and the trip to the Cape. I returned Monday and they called to tell me that everything had been replaced and that I was ready to go and that everything was either covered by GM or under my 100,000 mile extended warranty through Zurich. Everything would have cost $1500 but my bill was $91! Obviously I was very happy and also happy that I bought the extended warranty when I bought the truck. My experience with DeNooyer has been great from the start and I regularly try to send Heath and their sales team as many referrals as I can. I love my truck and enjoy taking it in for services when needed. I usually wait in the waiting room and enjoy getting some work done while I'm there. More

Delays I had a 7:15am appointment and didn’t hear from anyone all day. I finally called sometime between 2pm & 3pm for a status and was put through to a voi I had a 7:15am appointment and didn’t hear from anyone all day. I finally called sometime between 2pm & 3pm for a status and was put through to a voice mail by the receptionist twice. I received a (timely) call back and was told that the tech left earlier in the day due to an emergency and nobody realized that my car was on the lift sitting there with no diagnosis or work performed. Everything was diagnosed and repaired the next day (parts were in stock), so if it was handled properly the first day I would not have been without my car for the second day (nor would I have incurred a charge for a rental car for the second day). Then I was told that there was an issue with Denooyer submitting my warranty claim because of a computer problem (something to do with a login or password), I didn’t want to leave my car there yet another day so I was forced to pay for it myself and was told to submit the warranty claim on my own. I’m not that familiar with the repair process and perhaps this is par for the course...but it was a very frustrating experience. More

Quick service I hadn't been paying attention and got notice that my oil life was down to 5% - nothing to panic about but in 24 hours I would be driving to New Jers I hadn't been paying attention and got notice that my oil life was down to 5% - nothing to panic about but in 24 hours I would be driving to New Jersey and was not really comfortable with going that far and back with low oil - I usually give ample notice and make an appointment for service knowing how busy the service people are but I didn't have a lot of time to spare so I stopped in and explained my situation. Matt was wonderful, asked if I could leave it for an hour or so - or wait - and he would get me in right away. It was taken care of and I felt very grateful and now comfortable about going out of state. More
