Water problem resolved We had a problem with some water damage. The service dept. (Dwane) didn't wait around for the insurance people and went to work on the situation bef We had a problem with some water damage. The service dept. Great service I dreaded coming up there for an oil changes b/c as a working mom with 4 little ones in various schools etc it is just not something I can fit in too I dreaded coming up there for an oil changes b/c as a working mom with 4 little ones in various schools etc it is just not something I can fit in too easily. I live and work in the N Greenbush/ Troy area. I like to pop in for an oil change spur of moment when I have time. But I made the appointment. It was quick and painless. Out in less than an hour. Thanks so much. It is always a nice perk to have floors vacuumed with an oil change. Maybe something to consider adding. Everyone is pleasant and efficient. Thanks! Megan Greco Baron More

Also need a key fob reprogrammed which there wasn't anyone on duty to take care of that, I now have to come back. You guys don't wash your customers vehicles, where your competitors do. More

Oil change! Service was great was always but had a 8am appointment for oil change and didn’t leave there until 10am. That’s just insane and uncalled for.
