oil change and tire rotation I called and made an appointment for an oil change and I said that my temperature reading in the truck was not always accurate I was told that you I called and made an appointment for an oil change and I said that my temperature reading in the truck was not always accurate I was told that you were having a special and that the oil change would include a tire rotation and that that the temperature issue would be checked too When I arrived I explained to Jon why I was here and he said that the temperature issued would take about two hours not including the oil change and tire rotation When making the appointment I was told that everything would take about an hour and an half I only had the oil change, tire rotation and a fluid check. I am not very happy with the person that setup my appointment. I was very pleased with Jon taking care of my truck. He is an asset to DeNooyer I am not sure when I can come back to have my temperature issued checked I live in Delanson thank you, Melinda Moran More

2 hour oil change I only use this dealership as a last resort. Every time I have used them (oil Changes) it has take over 2 hours each time. Poor attention to detail I brought my truck in for some body work. I am very picky about my truck so I thought brining it to the dealer for repair was my best option. To start out there was a delay in parts which nobody informed me of, i paid for a rental vehicle for 18 days. Enterprise was nice enough to cut me a break on the price.The repair work that was done came out nice, the attention to detail was horrible. They needed to remove the bed of my truck in doing so they put a scratch in-between the bed and the cab. I have a bak industries hard trifold tonneau cover. This is an expensive cover and now damaged. When given back to me the drain tubes were missing and the seals were damaged. On the cover it says close the tailgate prior to closing the 3rd section. I watched the service writer close the tail gate into the cover. the rear seals are now damaged. the tether for the gas cap was also broken. I picked my truck up late in the day and it was like talking to a brick wall. when asked to speak to somebody else he completely ignored me. When I purchased the truck and got it home I noticed some scratches that they should not have let it leave like that. I know I missed it as well but they did not make it write. I left a message and filled out the survey asking for a call back but I'm sure this will fall on deaf ears as well. Needless to say I will be calling them today as soon as they open but have little hope anything will be done. Looks like I will need to find another chevy dealer to work with on future purchases or even worse switch to a ford. ***Update. After speaking to the manager they were able to correct my truck, the first person I dealt with also apologized. It took a little work but my truck is right now and I am happy with the work. If this was all done at first I would have rated them 5 stars. More

Continued Vehicle Problems I purchased a preowned 2015 Chevy Tahoe for my wife over a year ago and we’ve experienced nothing but problems with the SUV. We’ve had to continuousl I purchased a preowned 2015 Chevy Tahoe for my wife over a year ago and we’ve experienced nothing but problems with the SUV. We’ve had to continuously bring in Tahoe to the service department for maintenance. We average at least one in every three months. The problems range from electrical to mechanical. We’ve had to pay out of pocket for some of these issues. The employees fix one problem and another arises. The SUV has turned out to be a bad choice. I was planning to trade in my Honda for a newer car this summer but the Tahoe experience gives me second thoughts. Besides the issues with the SUV the staff has always been respectful and courteous to my wife every time she brings the vehicle in for service. More
