Mediocre Customer service is not very welcoming. No one at counter when I arrived and the lady at the cashier section sat there quietly without saying a word. Customer service is not very welcoming. No one at counter when I arrived and the lady at the cashier section sat there quietly without saying a word. The waiting area is nice but not used to the full potential. They have an area for complimentary breakfast items with no breakfast items, no juice, no water, nothing. I came from Depaula, really wish DeNooyer would step up thier customer service game. More

Corvette service Total service of all fluid changes and wheel balance. Excellent work by the Tech, neat and all done correctly. Wheel balance made a huge difference. Lack of communication Not happy with the overall service. I was treated respectfully however, it was a lack in communication and the pass the buck treatment that was not acceptable. I called made an appointment and explained why I was coming in. I asked for the approximate time it would take and was told. Well all went down him after that. I came in for an oil change, scratches to be fixed and a clip as the rear panel was popping out. Apparently, I was suppose to know that the body shop handled 2 of these things and make the appointment myself..............so what does the word service mean? Well I have returned again to find out just to look at vehicle and have to return again.................I guess my time and gas means nothing. It is not my responsibility to know the workings of body, and service depts. I called for an appointment and my needs should have been coordinated and all work done. Oh sorry that is separate and they handle that and here is their card to call is not the way to provide service. This is a brand new vehicle and first visit what does the future hold? More run around? I gave specific information for why coming in............get it together you are suppose to be helping me not making me run around in circles to get what I am asking for. I give Ken 4 stars for helping me and letting me know what was going on and will deal with him for any issues above an oil change. And my salesman was great............. More
Car not done when it was supposed to be. I scheduled my appointment for first thing in the morning. Dropped it off the evening before so it was there and ready to go. It was put that it needed to be do e by 12pm, this was done to give a little extra time to ensure it was done by 1pm when I would arrive with kids in tow. I arrived and was advised it wasn't done and infact the mechanic stopped working on it to do a waiter(guessing no apt). I had a 6 and 8 year old with me. Car was not done until 215pm. I was advised at time the service was 3.5 hours and they had car for 5 hours before I needed it. In the end it took over 6 hours. More
