Service Scheduled an appointment for a NYS inspection and an oil change. Received (5) e-mails and (2) voice messages as remainders of this service. When I got to the appt. a tire rotation was added to the service which I denied but the NYS inspection was never put on the work order. The service rep. came in 20 minutes later and said the tech noticed my inspection was due and asked if I'd like them to add that to the list. I was confused, with all the e-mails and phone calls how it never was placed on the work order I'll never know. Anyway after that was resolved I was told I had a light out on my vehicle I told the service rep. to have it replaced and he stated I'd be on my way as soon as it was replaced. 40 minutes later when he came to retrieve me to say my vehicle was ready he told me my vehicle didn't pass inspection. So I went from you're vehicle will be ready to your vehicle didn't pass inspection? Needless to say I have to go back again for an inspection service next week. More
