Ridiculous! * aside from a lack of coomunication is the fact they charged me a minimum of $700 more for a part that could be purchased online easily. $510 vs. their charge of $1220! Reason given?! GM “makes” them order through GM and that is the price they make Denooyer pay!! Gouging? Price fixing? Incompetence? My future purchases, I bought noless than 3 vehicles fro Dennoyer, will be made from other dealerships. Terrible business practices. More
