Initially I was not having a great experience, but Angela Stevens made everything all right. The service department manager George interaction and connecting me with be body shop. The body shop Manager Larr Stevens made everything all right. The service department manager George interaction and connecting me with be body shop. The body shop Manager Larry Mattice did a great job with the communicating, estimating, repairs and painting. The Sales Manager Jeff Maltbie provided me a great loaner vehicle and had the ceramic coating reapplied. The truck turned out great it is like driving a new car again. More

I took the car in to have them look at DC fast charging. They had swapped out the traction battery as a part of the recall and DC fast charging has not operated properly since. I use to charge in the mid 30Kw range at a DC fast charger. Now the most the car can do is 14 Kw. I don’t know if it’s a setting or something but since the last visit where they claimed to find no issue, it actually seems worse More

Service was horrible. I called multiple times to try to speak to someone about my car and never spoke to my service rep - he was always busy with another customer and did I called multiple times to try to speak to someone about my car and never spoke to my service rep - he was always busy with another customer and did not call back. Additionally, we paid $300 for our vehicle to be “diagnosed”, but it was not diagnosed correctly. We’ve taken the vehicle to another mechanic and the actual issue is much cheaper to repair. And, this mechanic has stated it is not possible to diagnose our vehicle with a head gasket problem without cleaning the oil off the engine, which was not done at DeNooyer. I am not sure what we paid for, because nothing was diagnosed correctly. More
Had appointment for oil leak and parts were not there when car was brought in which delayed repairs being made. Repairs were to take 2 days at most however was almost a week.
