He has handled all of the issues that I have had with the vehicle and has upheld the best standards of customer service. He has been friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. I know that a lot of customers must usually only write reviews that are negative, not typically giving credit where credit is due, however I felt that it was very important for me to let De Nooyer Chevrolet Dealership know that their Service Department as a whole has been very friendly and helpful and especially Jim Finland's service.
