My father recently bought me a 2001 Grand Prix GT which had some issues that needed to be taken care of and Jim has been a great service technician. He has handled all of the issues that I have had with the vehicle and has upheld the best standards of customer service. He has been friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. I know that a lot of customers must usually only write reviews that are negative, not typically giving credit where credit is due, however I felt that it was very important for me to let De Nooyer Chevrolet Dealership know that their Service Department as a whole has been very friendly and helpful and especially Jim Finland's service. Shopped all over the state for a spoecific Camaro at a good proce and a fair trade in value. Was shocked how many dealers were not intersted in finding the color I wanted. My purchase experience was just fantastic. Mike quoted me a price over the phone, told me he'd have the car cleaned and ready for me to drive when I came in. I was diving the car within 5 minutes when I arri a price over the phone, told me he'd have the car cleaned and ready for me to drive when I came in. Two days later I picked this car up in emaculate shape and love my car. Went back in at 5000 milse check up and found the service quick and easy. I love DeNooyer Chevrolet! More
