Heath Murphy, the salesman was thorough and very knowledge in explaining the differences in the model types. He frequently asked what features I liked or disliked with each model we viewed and was very helpful with suggestions based on my requirements stated for the intended use of the vehicle I was looking for. I was never rushed or made to feel that I needed to make a quick or uninformed decision. When it came time to negotiate the vehicle price as well as a trade-in value I believe the final price was beneficial and fair for all parties involved. On the day I picked up the new vehicle Heath spent all the time I needed to make sure I was comfortable with and understood all the vehicle controls before I drove off the lot. Made a deal with the saleman to buy a car. The day of the purchase after i went to the bank to get the check he called and said they sold the car on me. In the end i got my car and ipad but with much headache also the car need a wheel alignment witch cost me 100$. More

I purchased a 2011 Chevrolet Aveo from Denooyer Chevrolet on June 2 , 2011 I live in Vermont , so I had over a three hour drive to get to the dealership. I was promptly taken to Richards office and had no wait to talk to him . I did not get the typical high pressure pitch I am so use to . They had a great selection of cars but no pressure to buy the higher priced ones . Our conversation was very friendly , to the point, and no false promises The trade offer was great , and the bottom price even better . The time to come to a final price of my new car took less than 30 minutes . My experience with the financial manager also was enlighting . No pressure to buy all the extras that were available . The paperwork was done the car prepped and I was on my way the same day I highly recommend Denooyer Chevrolet to anyone that wants a great deal , no pressure , and straight forward conversations More
